Katherine Davies
TECHNICAL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Katherine has more than 10 years’ financial experience and is an experienced Paraplanner. After a maternity break in 2021, Katherine returned to HDA to share her knowledge and experience as Technical Operations Manager. Katherine is responsible for monitoring and developing day to day business procedures, and for training the adviser support team. katherine was appointed a Director of HDA in 2023.
Professional
I have worked in the financial services industry for over 15 years now, joining HDA in 2019. Over my years in the industry I’ve progressed from customer services, to sales, to paraplanning and now management. My day-to-day role is to ensure the smooth operational running of the business and to provide technical support and oversight to the support staff. My role is now much more strategic, but I still enjoy getting stuck into complicated research when assisting the team.
Personal
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, walking our dog Roxy and DIY!
