About us

HDA Chartered Financial Planners was founded in 1986 as Hugh Davies Associates. We now provide financial planning advice to clients who are growing their wealth, approaching retirement or in retirement. We also help employers to run their workplace pension and other employee benefit schemes with HDA Workplace.

How we’ve grown

1986:

HDA Chartered Financial Planners is founded as Hugh Davies Associates.

2013:

We achieve Chartered status in recognition of our commitment to the highest level of ethical and professional standards.

2020:

HDA launches ‘HDA Workplace’. A service dedicated to supporting employers with their pension and other employee benefit schemes learn more.

2022:

HDA joins the Amber River group, a nationwide group of businesses dedicated to enriching the lives of our customers.
