Our dedicated team of financial planners, paraplanners and administrators will undertake all of the admin required to run a pension scheme which will meet your legal obligations. But we go further than that.
We also provide regular drop-in sessions at your premises, giving your employees the opportunity to speak with a qualified and experienced financial planner if and when they need to.
In addition, we can provide group insurance policies such as; life insurance, income protection, private medical cover and defined contribution small self-administered (SASS) pension schemes.
Do I have to provide a workplace pension scheme?
Yes, auto enrolment now means that every single employer must make a pension available to their employees.
Why should I engage a financial planner?
Whilst there are plenty of pension providers who will provide a low-cost pension service, they’re unlikely to deliver additional value to your employees.
Why should I offer employee benefits?
Employee benefits such as death in service, show your employees that you care about them and their families.
Is it expensive to provide these types of employee benefits?
